3) What the Site Provides
The Site is an informational directory intended to help families and communities locate adolescent and youth mental health and substance use resources in Texas. The Site may include program listings, phone numbers, addresses, websites, and high-level descriptions.
The Site is intended for informational use by families, caregivers, and community members and is not a crisis response service.
We may update, remove, or change Site content and features at any time.
4) Not Medical Advice; No Provider Relationship
The Site provides general information only and is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or crisis counseling advice. The Site is not a treatment provider, and use of the Site does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Always seek advice from qualified professionals regarding a specific condition and confirm details directly with the provider.
5) Emergency and Crisis Situations
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. In the U.S., you can contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call/text/chat) for support.
6) Accuracy, Verification, and Neutrality
We aim to present information neutrally and accurately, but listings may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Program availability, waitlists, eligibility, costs, and insurance acceptance can change without notice. You are responsible for confirming details directly with the provider.
7) User Submissions
If the Site provides a way to submit a program or request updates, you represent that you have the right to provide the information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not submit sensitive personal information about an individual (such as patient health details).
By submitting content, you grant VMHR a non-exclusive right to use, display, and modify the submission for purposes of operating and improving the directory.
We may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.
8) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, abusing automated access, or submitting unlawful or infringing content.
