In-person crisis services help when your child's mental health needs attention right away. Depending on the service, a trained team may come to your home or another location, or you may bring your child in for an urgent evaluation. Staff typically check on safety, help calm the situation, and connect your family to next steps for ongoing care. If your child is in immediate danger, call 911, and for urgent support at any hour, call or text 988.
