Privacy Policy

Operated by VMHR • Last Updated: January 6, 2026

1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to avoid ads and third-party marketing trackers. This policy applies to this Site; third-party websites you visit via links have their own privacy policies.

2) Information We Collect

A) Information you submit

If you submit a program listing or request an update, we collect the information you enter (for example: organization name, contact details, and program information). Submissions are delivered through Formspree so we can receive and review them. Please do not submit sensitive personal information about an individual (such as patient health details). If you include sensitive information by mistake, we may delete it to the extent feasible.

B) On-device data (favorites/history)

The Site stores certain convenience data locally in your browser (for example, saved programs and recent activity) to improve usability. This data stays in your browser storage unless you clear it.

C) Location information (optional)

If you enable a "near me" feature, your browser may request permission to access your approximate or precise location. The Site uses location to sort results by proximity. You can deny or revoke permission via your browser/device settings.

D) Technical data processed by infrastructure providers

Our hosting/security provider (Cloudflare) may process technical information (such as IP address, device/browser metadata, and request details) to deliver and protect the Site.

3) How We Use Information

  • To operate and maintain the Site
  • To process program submissions and updates
  • To provide features you request (such as local favorites and optional distance sorting)
  • To protect against spam, abuse, and security incidents

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Site, including Cloudflare (hosting/security) and Formspree (submission delivery).

If you use a share/QR feature, your browser may request a QR code image from a third-party QR service, which receives the URL being encoded to generate the image.

5) Cookies and Tracking

We do not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. Some infrastructure or embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for security or service operation.

6) Data Retention

  • On-device data remains until you clear site data in your browser or use any in-site clear functions.
  • Program submissions are retained as needed to review and incorporate updates and may also be retained by Formspree according to its policies.
  • Infrastructure logs are retained according to provider practices.

7) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Important limitation: any data accessible to scripts running in your browser on our origin could be accessed if the Site is compromised by malicious scripts (e.g., XSS) or if your device/browser environment is compromised.

8) Your Choices

  • You can decline location permissions and still use the Site.
  • You can clear saved data by clearing site data in your browser.
  • You can avoid submitting personal information through the submission form.

9) Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our submission channels, contact us.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
